About Staff4dshire Group
Six specialist companies, one team and one contract, based at Kimberley Business Park in Rugeley, Staffordshire.
Who we are
Staff4dshire Group brings together the trades a building project depends on. Our companies cover new builds, extensions and refurbishments, roofing, scaffolding, groundworks and utilities, plant hire and renewable energy, so a project can go from the first dig to the final handover without the client having to coordinate separate contractors.
The group is led by directors Tom Marshall (Owner & Director), Adam Carter, Matthew Gavin and Jake Pykett.
With roots in social housing and infrastructure as well as residential new builds, commercial projects and renewables, we bring the same standard to every site, whether it is a garden room roof for a homeowner or programme work for a principal contractor.
We build for the future too. Our homes are designed for strong energy performance, aiming as close to an A-rated EPC as possible, with air source heat pumps, solar PV, battery storage and efficient heating.

One contract, one point of contact
Most building problems happen where one trade hands over to the next. Because our groundworks, building, roofing, scaffolding, plant and energy teams sit within the same group, those handovers are ours to manage. You get one contract, one contact and one programme, and nothing falls between trades.
It also means practical advantages on site: scaffolding arrives on our own fleet of three flatbeds and two lorries, plant comes from our own hire company with NPORS-qualified operators, and roofing, solar and heating are planned together rather than squeezed in around each other.

Tom Marshall
Owner & Director
Tom leads Staff4dshire Group. He holds the NVQ Level 6 Black Card, is Site Management Safety trained and is a fully qualified NPORS plant operator.
